1.⁠ ⁠Bring Plenty of water or electrolyte to stay hydrated at all times, snack to enjoy during breaks. 

2.⁠ ⁠Make Sure your 4x4 vehicle is equipped with front and rear recovery points 

3.⁠ ⁠Make sure your 4x4 vehicle is thoroughly checked and free from any faults, especially the radiator coolant levels, engine oil levels, Etc., and other possible areas that you may think that can go wrong. 

4.⁠ ⁠Fuel, Full tank shall be filled up at the closet petrol station to the deflation point. 

5.⁠ ⁠A walkie- Talkie/ Radio and safety flag is a must for each car to start the drive. 

6.⁠ ⁠Seat belts must be safely fastened for the full duration of the drive for driver and passengers.  

7.⁠ ⁠If you have basic off-road equipment - tire deflater, pressure gauge, recovery rope, etc. Always come prepared.

8.⁠ ⁠Please follow the lead car at all time maintaining convoy positions as allocated at the beginning, unless advices by the Lead car/ Second lead or the Sweep car.

9.⁠ ⁠The safety of vehicles and the passengers is a responsibility of the driver, Ceylon off-roaders voluntarily coordinating the drive hence shall not be held responsible for any accidents or injury that may occur during the drive.
